The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very comfortable and super clean. I was dissatisfied with the food from the restaurant. I ate there 3 times and everything we ordered was lacking or was over done.

Great hotel, really nice and clean. Really good service. Nice and big rooms well equipped. Great breakfast and breakfast area. Perfect hotel to stay if you participate to congresses or exhibitions at EXPO Guadalajara. For tourist stay a little bit far from the center of the city. On the map it looks close, but with traffic in Guadalajara it takes much longer to get from the hotel to the city center. There is not a lot of restaurant or bars in the area. Perfect hotel to stay during your business trip.
